I'm ok with robo-calls as long as they let me chargeback my time to the caller. (create my own 900 business). "I'll listen to your pitch for $100 a minute do you wish to tell me about your product now, continuing to speak is agreement to those terms..."
Is it reasonable for airlines to charge for bags, meals and other services?

Thisis just bait and switch to "advertise" a low fair. However when you add all the fees for an average trip its not so low anymore

The Carriage Rules wre developed during the time of regulation and commercial travel. Given deregulation it may be time o have the FTA and the FAA remove this last vestage of regulation that puts consumers at a disadvantage and let ordinary law take its place.

Maybe a recall of the entire Washington Beltway is in order, since they haven't performed as advertise this quarter? Sorry...its a budget year and the country just cannot afford a poor performer in Congress or the White House.

The simplest way to reign in theses bonuses is not capping salary of individuals, you simply require brokerage firm or broker, trader, etc. to "Publish" quarterly & yearly performance reports --what they actually achieved less costs-- of each as a percentage of the total …

Given the fact they have contracts, I would suggest that each contract be reviewed by the appropriate governement agency to ensure that the conditions were met before the funds are allowed to be spent. I believe the right agency would be the treasury.

Being the fact they have contracts, maybe before these payouts are given. Each contract should now be reviewed by an appropriate governemtn legal agency. Say open a department in the Treasury that's charged with monitoring the bailout. Given they are a little short handed right now …
